Kavan Geary is a freelance artist and digital sculptor residing in Kalamazoo, Michigan. As an independent artist having worked in several creative media for more than 15 years, he has developed a broad skill set of tools and techniques. He is proficient in digital sculpting, hard surface modeling, texturing, environment design, character design, digital painting, drawing, painting, photography, and more.
In Kavan’s current work, he leverages his skills to create 3D assets and digital illustrations. For his organic sculpting, he draws on his experiences being in natural, wild settings and his years as a nature photographer. Also reflected in his work is a keen interest in architecture and machines, informed by his earlier careers in automation and architecture.
Kavan contributes to a wide range projects and is energized by creative collaborations with like-minded artists.
